Welcome to the Gigasure Policy Manager
If your Annual Multi-trip policy is about to renew, you will see a EXPIRES SOON tag.
The Policy Manager puts the control of your policies back in your hands. Simply select your policy, and you will be able to:
- View your policy documents
- Renew your policy
- Make a change to your existing policy
- Access claims corner to submit a claim
If you need to update your contact details, please select Profile Details from the menu at the top right.

What happens after my claim is submitted?
Your claim submission is sent to International Medical Group Limited (IMG) who are the claims handler for your policy who will get in touch, usually within five working days, with your claim reference number.
